Quality Tires Priced at or Below the Manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price.
Most of today’s well-known tire manufacturers have instituted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy on their best-selling tire lines. These policies prevent online sellers and big box retailers from undercutting the market by setting a standardized price for their tires nationwide, allowing everybody in the industry to make a fair profit. Any retailer that doesn’t follow the manufacturer’s MAP policy gets cut off as an authorized dealer. As a result, you’ll see that our online prices on Michelin, BF Goodrich, Continent, General, Pirelli, Nokian, and most other brands are within a few pennies of Amazon, Tire Rack, Costco, Walmart, or Discount Tire. Still, the big boys occasionally play games with their prices, so if you find a special deal that skirts the MAP policy, bring it to us and we’ll beat that out the door deal by $20 for the set.
